We the People….

Those words are the pillar of what the constitution rests upon.  America was founded to be a nation which protected freedom though the advancement of liberty.  We are a nation which was meant to be of the people, by the people, and for the people.  In order for that to be true in needed a certain level of engagement from… We the People.

There is no denying that America is facing unstable times.  Global issues are becoming more prevalent in a rapidly shrinking world due to economics and technology. A growing number of nations which want to flex their economic and military might, and of course we are warned daily of the threat of a terrorist attack.  These are just some of the fears that rest outside our shores.

However, what if the greatest attacks on our nation, on our Constitution, are being carried out right now and it is being carried out right under our noses?  What if those who swore an oath to protect the Constitution from enemies, both foreign and domestic, are not upholding their oath?  Worse yet, what if those who swore that oath are the very people guilty of carrying out these attacks?

In broad daylight, and due to complete ignorance and lack of involvement, our nation is falling. In the past generation we have lost nine out of the ten foundational amendments.  It does not matter if we are attacked by a foreign enemy.  When the Constitution falls, it does not matter if terrorists carry out an attack, or we are invaded by a foreign nation.  The reason it doesn’t matter is because it is not America that they are attacking for America no longer exists.  If America no longer exists, then what are we really defending?

The time is now:
